Nice to meet you

Tami Meiri
Sculptor and veteran sculpture teacher. A researcher of materials and their uses since the dawn of history, exploring material technologies and developments across different countries. Specializes in firing and decoration techniques, creation, expression, movement, and symbolism
I sculpt mainly figurative pieces inspired by movement—ballet, acrobatics, circus arts, and rhythmic gymnastics. I work with clay, bronze, polyester, iron mesh, and mixed materials. My sculptures are exhibited in Israel and around the world.

Sculptures – The sculptures are intended for public squares, cultural centers, hotels, as well as private and public spaces.

Functional Art – As part of my functional art practice, I create handcrafted items. These pieces are sculpted and possess a figurative character—each one is unique and no two are alike. My work includes plates and bowls, wall hangings, picture frames, planters, indoor fountains, jewelry, mezuzah cases, lighting fixtures, and more.
